The Choices Boutique can help.

We receive donations of good quality, pre-loved clothing and equipment for babies and children so that other families who need these items can collect them for free.

The Boutique is run from Kings House, 242 Pentonville Road, N1 9JY.

We aim to respond to all referrals and queries within 7-14 working days. Our referral form is secure. We will not pass the details of the family onto anyone else and we will only use the information provided to support you in accordance with our privacy notice.

 FAQs

 

  • We accept referrals from all individuals and referring agencies who can demonstrate a need. We do not require you to show us any documentation or jump through hoops - we aim to respond to you as quickly as we can.

  • We are not set up to make deliveries. We offer Boutique appointments at our Boutique location: Kings House, 242 Pentonville Road, N1 9JY

  • We would suggest you look for a service closer to you unless you are able to travel to us easily.

  • We aim to respond to enquiries within seven days.

  • We cannot offer clients baby beds, electronic items and car seats for safety reasons. For a full list of items we can’t accept, look at our Boutique Donations Page in the Support Us section.

  • We do our best to give you what you ask for but we are a voluntary service giving out pre-loved items for free, so cannot guarantee we will have everything you request.
