Unplanned Pregnancy

“I’m pregnant and I don’t know what to do. How do I make a decision? What are my choices? Should I have an abortion?”

Unplanned pregnancy can feel like a crisis. If you have confusing thoughts and feelings, it isn’t easy to make a decision.

If you, or someone you know, is pregnant and doesn’t know what to do, please email us on info@choicescharity.org or fill in the form below.

Our support is free from judgement and free of charge

Choices' ethos is to provide a safe, compassionate and non-directive space for those who are struggling with their decision about an unplanned pregnancy. In a 90min session (on the phone, video chat or in person), we facilitate the process that our clients go through as they consider their own thoughts and feelings about the options they face.

Choices is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and we adhere to their professional guidelines for counselling. We are an independent and confidential counselling service and we cannot refer for termination.

Choices is a Christian organisation and our faith means that we meet everyone with compassion, care and respect. It also means we are faith-sensitive to all faiths and none, Out of respect for our clients, and because we work ethically as counsellors, we are led by our clients and do not raise issues of faith unless our client does first.

We are not a campaigning organisation, and as a result, we do not take a political position, as this could prevent us from being able to respond professionally to each individual client. We will always support our clients, whatever choices they make.

You can read feedback from our clients below.
